In order to monitor temperatures from my BBQ smoker remotely, I designed a 4-channel temperature sensor that has WiFi connectivity via a Raspberry Pi and logs temperature-over-time data to InfluxDB. The data is visualized via Grafana.
The ADC frontend is a custom designed board:
Temperature sensors are high-temperature Pt100 probes for monitoring smoker temperature and a PTFE-coated Pt100 probe for food temperature.
